Membership

We would like to invite you to join our Association and help us to preserve and protect the environment of the Narrow River Watershed.

By becoming a member of NRPA you will be supporting our programs of public and youth education, environmental achievement, water quality monitoring and land development oversight. Some of the programs that NRPA will be able to perpetuate and expand with your financial support include:

• The continuation of the River Watch program, now entering its ninth year of monitoring water quality in Narrow River.
• The expansion of NRPA's educational programs in the Watershed, including the Active Watershed Education (AWEsome) program, now offered in Watershed schools in Narragansett, South Kingstown, and North Kingstown.
• The continued funding of science fairs, youth environmental achievement awards, and college scholarship programs in area schools.
• NRPA involvement in development issues such as the Middlebridge Bridge replacement and proposed Robin Woods subdivision.
